  1. How will I know if my fashion accessories order has been successfully placed?
  2. You will receive an email order confirmation and summary if you have provided us with a correct email address. After we have shipped your order, we will email you a tracking # , if applicable (UPS, FedEx).

    If you have not received an email confirmation, please email us at sales@everythingjeweled.com to see if your order was successfully placed. Please provide us with your name, address and telephone number as well as the date you attempted the order.

  3. What are my shipping options?
  4. USPS: Once shipped, your package should arrive within 7-10 business days. Items being shipped to a P.O. Box or APO address will be shipped USPS. **If shipping to an APO address, please note that it will sometimes take longer that 2-3 business days to route it to the proper location.
    UPS Ground: Once shipped, your package should arrive within 4-8 business days. This method of shipping offers a tracking number.
    FedEx 2nd day: This method of shipping offers a tracking number.
    FedEx Overnight: This method of delivery offers a tracking number.

  5. If I place an order on your website, can I have the items shipped to another country?
  6. All items being shipped internationally will be shipped USPS Global Express. The delivery time is 4-5 business days if everything runs smoothly through customs. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on any items we ship to you. Everything Jeweled is not responsible for these charges.

  7. Does Everything Jeweled offer free shipping?
  8. Everything Jeweled offers free shipping on all fashion accessories orders over $250 shipped to addresses in North America.

  10. Everything Jeweled accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Pay Pal.

  11. What is Everything Jeweled’s return policy for online purchases?
  12. Everything Jeweled wants you to be 100% satisfied with your fashion accessories purchase. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return an item. We allow items to be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund. See our return policy for details.
